Al made the sale of our home in Spring Valley a dream come true. His knowledge and beautiful nature gave us courage and hope for a quick sale. He came to our home to bring what ever papers needed to be signed. We relied on his experience for every detail that came up. Al, Thank you so much for the joy and freedom we have now with the sale of our precious little home. You are a unique great realtor.

Selling a house could not be easier than working with Al. When our aunt passed away and we became Trustee we gave Al a call. We were 3 hours from the the city the house was in but during the sales we never had to leave our home to sign papers, walk through, get keys, etc. during the sale process. Al listed the house and we had 3 prospective buyers within a week or two, including a bid over asking price. I felt like Al truly took the place of being the owner for us; took any worries or anxiety of selling. Did his homework for the area the house was in; he was honest and fair for both sides. Al was always easy to contact and with great patience Al would walk us through each document which needed a signature. Al is very trust worthy and honest.

Al is very a very honest broker. He is not out for a quick profit. He really took his time to find houses that suited us. He was very responsive throughout the whole process, especially when it involved the other parties. He is a very knowledgeable broker, and will definitely have your best interests. I recomend him to anyone.

Al Chavarria helped me to purchase my first home. It was very easy to work with Al. His website allows you to search freely for homes in your desired area and price range. He will also send you email notifications on new listings. His website also has a mortgage calculator so you can get an idea of where your buying price range is. Al got me approved for my loan right away so I knew my price range to view homes. Also my loan approval was very important when bidding on homes because the evidence of my loan approval made my bid stronger. Al has been in the Real Estate business for several years so he knows how to price and write up a strong bid. Our bid was always on the top.
During my search for a home, I changed my price range and area for living several times but Al was very patient with me and always accommodated and modified my requests right away. I was very appreciative that Al was immediate to any inquires I had and we were able to act quickly. I was able to provide Al my preferred listings and we would go look at them right away. I even liked that Al had investigated the area of where I was looking so I would have several more listings to look at. Al knows the San Diego area and is very knowledgeable in the market. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a home.

I met Al at a property that my wife and I were driving by to take a quick look. Al was just finishing up a showing with a potential buyer so I approached him and we talked about what I was looking for. I met with him later that week and we started looking at properties that I as interested in. He was very helpful in contacting sellers immediately regarding how motivated they were and how serious they were in negotiating a final price. I was always able to get a hold of Al right away and he was ready to meet me when I wanted to check out a new listing. I did purchase a Home through Al and it was easy as he steered me in the right direction and gave professional advice. I am still in the same Home 8 years later and would use his services again.
